1. Collect in cart, adjustment
In our Online-Shop, you may collect products non-bindingly in a virtual shopping cart by clicking the button “add to cart”. By clicking on the “shopping cart” button you have access to your virtual shopping cart to check it at any time. You may remove products at any time by clicking the button labelled with a cross symbol or by changing the selected amount of products and then clicking on the button labelled with “refresh” in the shopping cart.
2. Your Data / Registration
If you are pleased with your shopping cart, please click on the button “Checkout” to proceed with your ordering process. In this next step you may choose to register as a new customer or to proceed as a guest without registration. If you are already registered, please use your email address or user name and your password to proceed. After entering your data or after completing the registration you can enter or check your delivery and billing address and choose the payment method you prefer.
Please select your preferred method of payment from the following options: credit card, payment in advance, or PayPal. You may do so by clicking the checkbox located at the respective method of payment. Please confirm your selection and proceed to the order summary by clicking on the button “continue”.
4. Order Summary and Ordering
In the order summary, you have an overview on the articles in the shopping cart and the costs arising, as well as the delivery address and the method of payment. Please verify whether all specifications are correct. By clicking on the button “Order now” you send a binding offer to us.
5. Order Confirmation
You will then receive for your information only an email confirming your order. This email does not simultaneously constitute an acceptance of your offer.
6. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of our goods in our online shop is no binding offer. You send a binding offer to us with your order. The exact moment of conclusion concerning a contract between you and us depends on the payment method you’ve chosen: If you choose the payment option “payment in advance”, a contract between you and us will be concluded with an explicit declaration of acceptance from us, which take place within to working days with a separate E-Mail. For the case you have chosen the payment option “PayPal”, a contract between you and us is concluded when you completed the payment process with PayPal. If you choose the payment option “Credit Card”, a contract between you and us will be concluded by completing the payment process with your Credit Card Provider.
7. Payment options
a. Payment in advance
If you choose the “payment in advance” option within the order process, we will send you our account details by e-mail after a contract has been concluded between you and us with the request to transfer the agreed total amount to our account. The payment is due immediately. Please indicate the purpose of the transfer in the e-mail so that we can assign your transfer.
b. Payment via credit card
If you have chosen credit card payment within the ordering process, a form will open where you may enter your credit card data. We charge your account when we ship the ordered goods to you.
c. Payment via PayPal
If you have chosen PayPal in the ordering process, you will be guided to the respective homepage after finishing the ordering process. Please log in and follow the instructions of the payment provider.
8. Storage of the contract text
We save the contract text and send the contract documents to you by E-Mail. If you have registered with us as a customer, you can also view your order after logging in at our website.
9. Warranty for defects
For our goods the liability for defects by law applies, as far as in sec. 3 of our general terms and conditions nothing else is stipulated.
10. Contractual Languages
The contractual languages are German and English.
11. Customer Service / Online Dispute Resolution
If you should have reason to complain, you may enter your complaint on the website provided for by the European Commission. Your complaint will then be forwarded to us. 12. Consumer Arbitration
We do not participate in consumer arbitration at a consumer arbitration service nor are we obliged to do so.
