1) Select products, collect them in the shopping cart and correct them

In our online store, you can select products from the range we offer and collect them in a virtual shopping cart using the "Add to cart" button without obligation, which you can view at any time using the "Shopping cart" link with the shopping cart symbol. You can change the selected products in the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Remove this product" field or by changing the quantity and then clicking on the "Update shopping cart" button in the shopping cart.

2) Enter your data

Click on the "Proceed to checkout" button to enter your details. There you can enter all the necessary order details and select the desired payment method.

 

 

3) Select payment method

Next, you can select the desired payment method. We offer you the option of paying by PayPal, prepayment or credit card. You make your selection by clicking on the selection field in front of the respective payment method. Then click on the "Continue" button and you will be taken to the order overview.

4) Order overview and completion of the order

Here you will find an overview of the items you have placed in your shopping cart and the costs incurred, delivery address and payment method. Please check that all details are correct. By clicking on the "Place order" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart and send your order to us.

5) Order confirmation

You will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail, which lists your order once again; this e-mail does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but serves solely to inform you that we have received your order.

6) Conclusion of contract

The presentation of our goods in our online store does not constitute a binding offer on our part. With your order, you are submitting a binding offer to us. When a contract is concluded between you and us depends on the payment method you choose: If you select the "Prepayment" payment option, a contract between us is only concluded when we issue an express declaration of acceptance, which is sent within two working days by separate e-mail. If you select the "PayPal" payment option, a contract between you and us is concluded when you have completed the payment process with PayPal. If you select the "Credit card" payment option, a contract is concluded between us when you have completed the payment process with your credit card provider.

7) Payment methods

When ordering via our online store, we offer you three options for paying for your goods:

 

a. Payment in advance: If you select the "Prepayment" option during the ordering process, you will immediately receive our account details with the request to transfer the agreed total amount to our account. Payment is due immediately. When making the transfer, please state the order number shown in the overview so that we can allocate your transfer. Thank you very much!

 

b. Pay by credit card: If you have selected the "credit card" option during the ordering process, you will be taken to the Saferpay payment system immediately after completion. This allows you to pay easily and securely. Simply follow the instructions there. 

 

c. Payment via PayPal: If you have selected the "PayPal" option during the ordering process, you will be taken to the PayPal page immediately after completing the order. Please log in there and follow the instructions from PayPal.

8) Storage of the contract text

We save the text of the contract and send you the contract documents by e-mail. 

9) Statutory liability for defects

For all products that you can order in our online store, the statutory warranty rights apply, unless otherwise regulated in § 3 of our General Terms and Conditions.

10) Contract language

The contract languages are German.

11) Complaints / online dispute resolution

If you have cause for complaint, you can enter your complaint on the online dispute resolution website provided by the European Commission. Your complaint will then be forwarded to us. 12) Consumer arbitration

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and are not obliged to do so.
